Instructions for Downloading and Viewing a PDF

To properly view or print a PDF, it is recommended that you download the PDF to your computer first, then open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), rather than viewing or printing from within your browser.

To download a PDF:

Right click on the link you wish to download. A menu will pop up on the screen.

Choose "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..."

Choose the location on your computer where you'd like to save the PDF.

Click on "Save."

To open a PDF:

Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

From the "File" menu, choose "Open."

Find the location on your computer where you saved the PDF file.

Click "Open."
